What do YOU need to achieve your goals in the creative world?
My specialty is Inspiring Others to Bloom
Whether you are a rising artist or a creative wishing to focus your journey, figuring out your path can be both exciting and challenging.
Not only are there logistical choices to make like time and money investment, but there’s also figuring out how to go about it all.
It’s a dreamy thing to consider being an artist, right?
So many of us say it when we are little.
We are asked… “What do you want to be when you grow up?”
and we answer “I’m going to be an artist!”
With a huge smile on our faces we return to our coloring and crafting with visions of art shows and museums in our heads.
Then we grow up and often those dreams are squashed. If someone didn’t continually remind us of “the starving artist” label, we were told that “art” needed to be a certain way and we didn’t have that “quality” in our work.
I for one, didn’t go to art school because my sister graduated with an art degree and then became an investment broker. My parents encouraged me to go to school for anything I wanted…except for art. “Look at what happened to your sister with her art degree,” they warned.
But, I am happy I didn’t go to school to be come an artist!
Because my undergraduate degree in Retail and my vast experience in that field taught me how to open and operate my own Retail Art Studio!
Because my graduate degree in Education and my vast experience in teaching taught me how to guide students of all ages and learning styles to success in their goals
Art is so much more than a degree, a business, or a label.
Art is a lifestyle!
As unique individuals, we create to express ourselves. It could be through painting, pottery, or writing, or it could be cooking, gardening, or even athletic.
So as a rising artist, a creative, do you want to radiate your passion out to the world?
Let’s chat and work together!
There are a lot of cogs in the machine of creating. The world is a vast place but with the Internet, we can have our fingers on the pulse of communities that seek what you do, the ones that crave what you offer.
Those of you that desire to raise the level of your art, build a community, and perhaps even a business, let’s chat. I can help guide you on your way.
I have been a professional artist for over thirty years! In that time, I have shown at every sort of event from local craft shows to prestigious juried art shows. I have owned a large retail art studio that sat 90 and offered field trips and professional development as well as hosted guests artists and Santa Claus!🎅🏼💜
I also spent almost five years as an Invited Artist to Walt Disney World and showed in 19 of their festival and special events around the resort with my main hub being a shop on the promenade at EPCOT!
I have taught art in small classrooms, galleries, museums and big conference rooms, including EPCOT! I am currently under contract to teach a week long retreat in 2023 at John C. Campbell Folk School!
Entering into this creative world can be daunting, but I have taken many rising artists through to find their successful path. The ones that wanted to focus their professional art careers have gone on to find the longevity they desired under their own terms. The ones that wished to focus their passion as an integral part of their life have gone on to making art a counter balance to their other obligations.
Let’s chat and work together!
My specialty is reality! I am all about the glitz and glamour that the word “artist” brings to the discussion, but the reality is we need to pay the mortgage and put food on the table.
The reality is that we have families and friends, jobs and household duties.
The reality is that technology can be daunting and temperamental.
I’ve been there, done that, and am still thriving!
I can guide you to finding that sweet spot of creating, the one that feeds your soul and energizes your path to getting to your goals.
We live in a fast-paced world with ever-changing demands and events. Let me help you navigate through to take your dreams to fruition, your desires to pan out into the life you envision.
We’ll get pretty artsy along the way!
What I do…
Is really all about you!
My 30 plus years of experience is chock-full of valuable tools to help you fill your own tool box of creative know-how.
If you are looking at art as a career, I can coach you to the wins. Not only have I amassed an overflowing directory of resources, but I am constantly updating and improving my processes to stay current in technology and in-person opportunities.
If you are looking at focusing your art to elevate your current lifestyle, I can coach you in everything from guiding your art to curating your surroundings for personal inspiration and ease of creating.
What You'll do…
I'm not going to sugar coat it...this is some tough work! I will call you to action with some "assignments" that will help you zero in on your objectives and help navigate your path to reach your goals.
These may include additional research and some experimenting to work out variables.
You will make some journal entries! These can be writing, art, or both. I feel an important part of your growth is to unearth your thoughts and write reflections of your journey.
You may even make some art...or buy some art! If you are a person that creates art, you'll have a specific assignment in your medium. If you are a person that is wishing to design an artistic life, then you may be learning how to curate your space and incorporate meaningful pieces of art.
Let’s chat and work together for the most fabulous journey into being a creative, the one where the fuel comes from your core and the destination is worth the travel.
In my last six months of AJ classes, I have learned more than I EVER learned in school! Not only have you given us the opportunity to learn art and journaling, but also culture, history, artistic techniques, etc., etc., etc. And because of your enthusiasm and powerful yet gentle method of teaching, I am able to learn, actually grasp!

For several years I have been enjoying Rachelle’s special art! Her reuse of flowers and plants in her work gives it a fresh natural aspect and is also eco-friendly. From the varied stains in the pages, to the imaginative front covers, to the colorful threads used to bind the spines, you can easily see she puts her heart into her work. Meeting Rachelle and obtaining some of her art has brought me much happiness and tranquility.

If you desire the freshness of nature, but require that beauty to have longer life span than that of a fresh flower - Rachelle Eason journals are the perfect blend.
The most amazing flowers are magically transformed on to paper so that they can remain in your life or on your walls or desk. They transform paper into soothing piece of art that will pull you in.
You will be totally drawn to the journals but, understand that you will hesitate for a moment before you write the first word. Once you do, you will be hooked. Or…choose to frame a piece of this magical paper, and it will smooth your nerves for years to come. I say choose both.

The first time I saw a Rachelle Eason plant-stained journal I was moved in a way that I can't explain. Their beauty touched me like no other art has. Since my first encounter with them I have purchased at least a dozen, and plan on purchasing many more. Every time I can't decide what to give someone as a gift and I want to make it extra special, I give a Rachelle Eason plant-stained journal. It's the perfect, hand-made gift of art. One of my friends burst into tears at the beauty of her journal.
