THIS NOTICE DESCRIBES THE SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM RACHELLEEASON.COM

Thank you for purchasing from Rachelle L. Eason, LLC (“Rachelle L. Eason, LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to providing you with fabulous hand-made art by Rachelle Eason.

What is our shipping policy?

Specific items that are shown in Rachelle Eason's webshop are available for timely shipping unless otherwise stated. Timely shipping means your piece(s) will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS postal service within three business days of purchase.

Artist Choice pieces may take longer as they are sometimes made specific for each order. Custom pieces will take longer and estimated time of shipping will be discussed with customer as part of custom work agreement.

USA domestic shipments are sent insured Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. Shipping method for international shipments are determined based on weight.

In the event that a piece arrives damaged or does not arrive, an insurance claim will be filed with USPS. Please contact Rachelle Eason at info@rachelleeason.com with a statement concerning what the problem and include photos of the packaging and item(s) damaged. Since the shipments are insured, Rachelle will file a claim with USPS. In this case only, you may request a refund or replacement piece(s).

What is our cost of shipping?

For domestic USA shipping…
Flat rate shipping of $6 for purchases totaling $29.99 and under;
Flat rate shipping of $9 for purchases totaling $30.00 to $59.99;
Free shipping (unless otherwise stated) for purchases totaling $60.00 and over.

Free Local Pick-up is also available for any purchase.

For shipping outside of domestic USA, please contact Rachelle Eason at info@rachelleeason.com for shipping fee.

What is our return policy?

Since Rachelle Eason's pieces are one-of-a-kind art, returns are not accepted and digital media including classes and courses are non-refundable.
