Pottery has this ability of transporting us into vignettes of our dreams and memories or somewhere that feeds our souls. The connection that clay, that mud, brings us to the earth is electrifying.
I'm Rachelle and I am a full time professional artist in sunny Central Florida. Pottery is my passion and has been since I first stuck my hands in clay at age four.
This beautiful, earthly element has a magical mystical energy in it and transforms these coveted designs that we as potters make to somehow fit your hands in just the right way. It's as if you could pick up a piece and rub across the side expecting a magical genie to pop out. You know, there's just nothing like the feel of the right piece of pottery in your hands. The mug you drink your coffee out of definitely matters!
My mission is to create something that matters, something that enhances your daily life in function and/or by inspiring you to see your moments through an artsy lens.

Couples Clay Classes
$120 per Couple - Single Class
- All levels welcome
- 2 hours(ish) class
- 4 Students per class
- Included: all clay and underglazes, use of tools and equipment, 2 kiln firings - 1 bisque and 1 glaze, guided instruction
- Instructor will clear glaze bisque pieces once out of 1st firing
Classes are held in Rachelle's Lakeland, Florida home studio. Specific location will be sent upon registration.

True art is an extension of the artist; in essence, their soul. We met Rachelle several years back. Actually, we “met” her work. And later we had the opportunity to meet Rachelle, the artist. It was an easy, almost instant, connection with her and her creative work. She brings people together and connects us with time, place, texture, color, and the earth.
